All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Within Pakistan

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout or Free shipping on selected orders

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier’s website.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
